About Rachel Davies
Employment solicitor with specialist recruitment sector experience
Claritas Legal & Compliance is led by Rachel Davies, an employment solicitor and member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Rachel has particular expertise in supporting recruitment businesses, having spent around 3.5 years at the REC advising hundreds of recruitment businesses on employment law and recruitment compliance issues.
Her experience includes advising on contracts and terms, the Agency Workers Regulations, the Conduct Regulations, temporary worker documentation, umbrella arrangements, policies, workplace issues and wider compliance risk.
Rachel has also advised employers on day-to-day employment matters, settlement agreements, workplace disputes and employment tribunal work.

A little more about Rachel
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Rachel worked in the travel industry. Law was a second career, and she completed her law degree while raising three young children.
That background has shaped her practical, down-to-earth approach and means she is no stranger to balancing priorities, solving problems and giving advice that people can actually use.
