What is included?

A structured start-up setup process

Initial scoping meeting

An initial meeting of up to 60 minutes to understand your proposed business model, the sectors you intend to operate in, whether you will introduce candidates, supply temporary workers or both, and any particular compliance requirements relevant to your plans.

Core document preparation

Preparation of the core documents required for the agreed operating model, which may include terms of business, work-finding services agreements, temporary worker terms, Key Information Documents, assignment or vacancy details forms and candidate or work-seeker privacy notices.

Practical implementation guidance

Practical compliance guidance and implementation support to help you understand when and how the core documents should be used, together with essential process recommendations identified during the initial scoping review.

Review meeting

A follow-up meeting of up to 60 minutes to take you through the documents prepared, explain practical next steps and answer implementation questions.

Amendments and clarification support

One round of reasonable amendments to the documents delivered, together with 30 days’ email clarification support relating to those documents and the implementation guidance provided.

  • Terms of Business for Permanent Recruitment
  • Terms of Business for Temporary Supply
  • Agreement to Provide Work-Finding Services for Permanent Candidates
  • Temporary Worker Terms or Engagement Contract, tailored to the proposed engagement model
  • Key Information Document, where applicable
  • Assignment / Vacancy Details Form
  • Candidate / Work-Seeker Privacy Notice

The documents included will depend on the way your recruitment business intends to operate. Any additional documentation required outside the core setup scope will be identified and quoted separately before work begins.

Additional support available

Depending on the way your business intends to operate, you may also need additional support which falls outside the core Start-Up Setup service. This may include:

Additional work can be scoped and quoted separately.

Recruitment Ready does not include litigation, tribunal representation, reserved legal activities, rights of audience or the handling of client money.
