Limited launch offer – first 10 businesses

Could a gap in your recruitment terms cost you a fee?

Free Fee Risk Check

A focused, high-level check of one set of your standard terms with hirers to identify any obvious red flag affecting your fee position.

For recruitment businesses making permanent introductions, supplying temporary workers, or operating across both models.

One set
of standard hirer terms.

Focused
fee-related check.

Red, amber or green
outcome.

One headline
priority point, where applicable.

What will we look at?

The Free Fee Risk Check is a limited, high-level check of one set of your own standard terms with hirers. Depending on the terms provided, we may look for an obvious fee-related red flag in relation to:

Fee entitlement

Fee entitlement following an introduction or engagement.

Fee wording

Unclear or incomplete fee-related wording.

Rebates and refunds

Rebate or refund wording affecting the intended fee position.

Transfer fees

Transfer-fee or extended-hire wording, where temporary supply terms are provided.

The check is limited to the fee-related scope described above. If your document or circumstances require a fuller review, Claritas will tell you before carrying out any additional work.

What you will receive

Green

No immediate fee-related red flag identified within the limited scope of the check.

Amber

A fee-related point appears to require fuller review or clarification.

Red

An apparent material fee-related risk has been identified.

Where applicable, we will identify one headline priority point and explain whether a fuller fixed-fee review is recommended.

A focused first step – not a full review

The Free Fee Risk Check is a limited-scope preliminary review only. It does not include amendments or redrafting, advice on a live dispute, assessment of whether your terms form part of any particular client contract, a wider compliance audit, or confirmation that your terms are enforceable or legally compliant.

If further review is appropriate, Claritas will explain the relevant fixed-fee option before carrying out any additional work.

Request your Free Fee Risk Check

Complete the short form below to register your interest in the limited launch offer. Claritas will confirm whether your request falls within scope and provide the applicable limited-service terms and regulatory information before asking you to send any document.

Please do not upload, attach or email your standard terms through this public page. Claritas will tell you what to send, and when, if your request is accepted within scope.

Does your enquiry relate to an existing unpaid fee dispute, threatened claim or current disagreement with a client? *

The Free Fee Risk Check does not cover live disputes, threatened claims or current client disagreements. You may still submit an enquiry and Claritas will consider whether separately scoped support may be appropriate.

Need a fuller review?

Where you require a fuller review, or the Free Fee Risk Check identifies a point requiring further consideration, our Recruitment Terms Risk Review may be appropriate.
